The 2025 Session of New Hampshire Boys State will take place from Sunday, June 22 – Friday, June 27, 2025 at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. A student is eligible to apply to Boys State if he:

• Attends a New Hampshire high school, or is a resident of the State of New Hampshire; 

• Maintains a scholastic average of 80 or better;

• Is of good character and in good health; and

• Demonstrates qualities of leadership, character, and good citizenship.

There is no limit on the number of qualified candidates who may attend from a particular high school.  Home-school students may attend, provided that they meet the eligibility requirements. 

 

The only costs that an individual student must bear for American Legion New Hampshire Boys State are his non-refundable $25.00 application fee, transportation to and from Saint Anselm College, and any desired incidentals during the week. Community sponsors and American Legion posts pay the remaining $395.00 tuition, which covers room, board, snacks, materials, the costs of instruction, and all in-program transportation from the point of registration to graduation.
